Welcome to the autumn gathering of the Ideon CEO Network. 

During this lunch, we will focus on current and highly relevant topics such as background checks, corporate due diligence, and the challenges businesses face in times of increasing demands for security, transparency, and resilience.

Daniel Persson
Head of Amyna

With a background as an officer in the Swedish Armed Forces, Daniel has a solid foundation in operational leadership and mission execution under uncertainty. But it is his combined experience in the tech and innovation sectors that truly defines his leadership style. Daniel played a key role in building Min Doktor, one of Sweden’s first and most influential digital healthcare providers, where he led the development of secure, scalable platforms for critical public services. As CEO of Minc, he helped shape one of Sweden’s most active startup ecosystems, focusing on regulated and socially critical sectors.

At Amyna, Daniel is dedicated to strengthening Sweden’s capacity for innovation in total defense, ensuring that solutions are practical, resilient, and rooted in cross-sector collaboration

Pär Wedin
Head of Integrity Services

Pär Wedin has extensive experience in personnel security and corporate investigations within both the private and public sectors. He leads Integrity Services at SRS Security and is a driving voice in the development of the industry, where he works to promote quality standards, legislation, and professional practices within the Background Screening Companies. He holds a master’s degree in International Security Studies from the University of Birmingham and has studied and worked for extended periods in the Middle East.
